Bespoke Basement Solutions Ltd is a limited company in England and Wales under company number: 12152050.
Our surveyors are trained to the highest industry standard and all our products are approved by the Property Care Association (PCA). We arrange for a local building control officer to oversee the conversion as it will need to comply with building regulations. 10 year guarantees are offered with a further option to have insurance backed GPA guarantees on our work. As a company we take over the responsibility of the waterproof basement design; backed by £10million professional indemnity insurance. With the systems maintained and guaranteed by Bespoke Basement Solutions these guarantees are insured by GPI insurance.
